Looking for something new and interesting to eat this holiday season? Chili’s has just released their limited-time Top Fusions menu that basically mixes the usual flavors of different dishes with unique and unusual spices and sauces, and fuses them to perfection. Let’s take a look at their offerings.
Chili’s Top Fusion Dishes
Hand-stuffed Baked Jalapeños (Php395)
Take 8 pieces of spicy, filling jalape̱o wedges to start your meal Рjalape̱o wedges with stuffed smoked chicken, melted cheeses and a drizzle of BBQ sauce on top, that is. The dish is also served with pickled red onions, cilantro and a ramekin of ranch dipping sauce.
Pro tip: To make the spiciness more tolerable, dip the jalapeño wedges into the ranch sauce.
All of the mains in the Top Fusions menu are served with roasted creamed corn, by the way – roasted cream corn with green onions, onion bits and cream.
Seared Lamb with Fig Sauce (Php1,250)
The most expensive dish of the bunch! On top of the chimichurri-drizzled potato rounds, there are three mouth-watering lamb chops served with fruity fig chipotle sauce and dotted with avocado sauce. Strange, but good.
Tip: Eat them together (pork + avocado sauce + fig chipotle sauce) for some perfect sweet-spicy goodness.
Salmon with Aji Amarillo Sauce (Php850)
This boxy salmon fillet is served on top of potato rounds and is topped with a spicy Aji Amarillo sauce and chimichurri sauce (mix of spices). It’s drizzled with fruity chipotle sauce and garnished with green onions.
BBQ Steak with Chimichurri (Php995)
An 8-ounce juicy sirloin steak is docked on top of mashed potatoes and drizzled with chimichurri sauce. On top of the steak are pickled red onions, cilantro, white cheese, and BBQ sauce drizzle.
Chipotle Balsamic Steak (Php995)
A juicy seared steak is docked on top of potato rounds with garlic spread and onion strings laid on top. It’s glazed with chipotle balsamic glaze and topped with chimichurri sauce. This is just like the BBQ Steak above, except with potato rounds instead of mashed potatoes.
For dessert, they have Salted Caramel Molten (Php420) on the menu, but it was sadly out of stock when we went. This dessert features a salted caramel cake with melted caramel filling in the center and topped with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and salted caramel bits.
Molten Chocolate Cake (Php395)
The Molten Chocolate Cake features a warm chocolate cake filled with choco fudge and topped with vanilla ice cream in a chocolate shell.
Crack the top and see what happens 🙂
Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie (Php385)
This dessert features an oven-baked skillet cookie topped with ice cream and chocolate syrup.
