Foo Fighters’ frontman and guitarist Dave Grohl has fathered a baby out of wedlock. He made the shocking revelation on Instagram, admitting he recently welcomed a daughter.

“I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage,” he announced. “I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her.”
The 55-year-old emphasized that he loves his wife and children and he’s doing everything to “regain their trust and earn their forgiveness.”
“We’re grateful for your consideration towards all the children involved, as we move forward together,” he added.

Dave didn’t disclose details about the mother of his newborn daughter. He was previously married to photographer Jennifer Youngblood. They separated in 1996 due to an affair he disclosed later.
The singer has been married to director Jordyn Blum since 2003. They have three children: Violet, Harper, and Ophelia.
