Things Left Behind

After the open forum of the launch, we watched Reunion, which is a definite tearjerker. The calamity that had hit Japan was relatable to our situation here in the Philippines. It made me realize that despite all of the losses and grievances, there will always be people who will support and guide us through the surges that come our way. And this made me decide to watch all of the films for this year’s Eiga Sai.

The screening schedules are posted on their website and all of the films will have English subtitles. Screenings will also happen at the Abreeza Mall Cinema, Ayala (July 25-27), FDCP Cinematique, Davao City (July 29-August 3) and Ayala Center Cinema 4, Cebu City (August 6-10). Oh, and did I mention it’s for free? So, save the dates, people. This is one film fest you shouldn’t miss!
