Filipino model Lukresia made waves at Paris Haute Couture Week by walking at the Mugler show.
For the Fall/Winter 2023 presentation, Lukresia walked down the runway in a tasseled top and leather pants with cutouts.
They joined a star-studded lineup of models, including Arca, Ziwe, Omahyra Mota, Irina Shayk, Paloma Elsesser, Mariacarla Boscono, Shalom Harlow, Amber Valletta, and Eva Herzigova.

According to creative director Casey Cadwallader, “We’re showing during couture week because we’re bad. At Mugler we do whatever we want. We’re quite an outlier in the way we do things. We’ve been doing quite well by being so communicative and trying to entertain the public. The films have millions of viewers and the idea is that this is a live show.”
Mugler was founded by Manfred Thierry Mugler in the ’70s. The brand has become known for its dramatic and architectural styles. Celebrities like Beyonce, David Bowie, Cardi B, and Kim Kardashian, have worn his clothes. Thierry passed away on January 23, 2022, due to natural causes.
This is not the first time Lukresia worked with the brand. Previously, they posed for Arber Sefa in a series of photos for Mugler’s collection with Wolford.
