We actually stayed at Seda Vertis North during a very busy weekend when the hotel was fully booked. Even so, it didn’t feel crowded, not even during the breakfast buffet. The staff cleverly used overflow areas in the ballrooms. This made sure everyone could enjoy their breakfast comfortably and still get excellent service.
Seda Vertis North offers an all-day buffet service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The main restaurant, Misto, gets its name from the Italian word for “mixed.” It truly offers a delightful mix of international and local Filipino dishes. The breakfast buffet, available daily from 6 AM to 10 AM, is a highlight. Many guests praise it for its wide variety and good quality. Whether you prefer common breakfast items or want to try local dishes, Misto ensures a satisfying start to your day. Beyond breakfast, Misto’s weekday and weekend lunch and dinner buffets offer many choices, making it a perfect spot for family meals or a relaxed dining experience.

For those looking to relax and be pampered, there is also a spa offering soothing treatments. Just outside the hotel building, within the Vertis North area, you can discover a running track. This provides a great place for guests who enjoy jogging or walking outdoors, giving them another easy way to stay fit during their stay.
Even though Seda Vertis North is a great staycation hotel for families, it’s also a perfect choice if you’re watching a concert at the Philippine Arena. The arena is about 22 kilometers away, which means it’s just a 22-23 minute drive by taxi or private car from the hotel under normal traffic. You can also take a P2P (Point-to-Point) bus from Trinoma directly to the arena. This makes Seda Vertis North an excellent option for concert-goers. It offers comfortable accommodation relatively close to the venue, allowing for a more relaxed and enjoyable experience before and after the show.
