Fans Root For Kisses Delavin For Miss Universe Philippines

In a post by Miss Universe Philippines 2021, they have revealed that Actress Kisses Delavin is one of the official candidates for the year’s competition.

Aces & Queens also revealed that Kisses will be under their wings.

Kisses has been joining pageants in her hometown where she got Miss Masbate, Miss Kaogma and Miss Teen Masbate back in 2013.

Fans are optimistic that Kisses will make it to the top following the footsteps of Masbate Queen Hanna Arnold who won Binibining Pilipinas International 2021.
