F45 MOA Complex: Get Physical and Functional for 45 Minutes!

Another great thing about training at F45 is the atmosphere. The sessions are yes, intense – but it’s the fun of the activities and the company of your classmates and coaches helping and pushing you to perform your best that balances this out. Coach Eda Cabial shares how light their relationships are as coaches with their clients. “We work as a team. Sometimes we team-teach. We’re really focused with the results we see with the clients. Classes are really fun and light. The environment with F45 would help them overcome their shyness as well as boost their confidence when they exit the premises.”

Coach JR Sarmiento, a Red Cross Volunteer himself, assures that F45 training sheers clients far from injuries. No injuries have occurred so far, thankfully.  “[Us] coaches are trained beforehand with F45’s program for about two weeks – both with the exercises and emergency case scenarios. We are hands-on with each student and meticulously check if they’re doing the exercise correctly to really avoid injuries.”

My experience training with F45 training in MOA Complex gave me a productive summer and somehow helped me restore my old stamina. I shed a few pounds in four weeks and I feel great! Everyone, from the staff to my classmates are like family – everyone is just so warm and helpful, we’re each other’s cheerleaders. Functional training like F45 is highly recommended for someone who wants a different kind of environment in staying fit. F45 is for everyone!
