ExpoMom 2020: Love & Light

ExpoMom is back for a second time this 2020!  After bringing together hundreds of moms in August’s ExpoMom 2020: A Brave New Us, Mommy Mundo is once again bringing together moms from all over the world for a special version of ExpoMom, one that is focused on wellness.  Just like the August run of ExpoMom, this November’s event will also be completely online. Where the first ExpoMom highlighted the courage all parents have needed to face this most unusual of years, this November’s ExpoMom, titled Love & Light, Mama, focuses on what parents need to cope with what has happened and is still happening.  As we approach the holiday season, a most unusual and unprecedented version of the holidays at that, Mommy Mundo thought it best to create an event that is centred on mothers’ and families’ well-being. 

 

Centering everything on well being, the Mommy Mundo team is bringing together health and wellness experts to discuss holistic approaches to wellness.  It seeks to tackle how moms are feeling, what moms can do to help themselves (and each other), and how to ground one’s self in both self-love, mindfulness, and prayer.  Each day of the two-day event will feature five wellness talks and a segment on the deals that parents can obtain by attending the FB Live event.

 

Mom attendees or viewers are invited to host watch parties or the different segments they may feel passionate about (see list of segments & their schedules above), and to bring together as many moms as they can in the spirit of support and solidarity.  Segments include Conscious Parenting, Mindfulness for Kids, Technology as a Parenting Partner, Healthy Family Relationships, the Psychology of Birth Order, and even a segment that requires both husbands and wives to work together!

 

Hosted by the #FabFourMamas, Janice Villanueva, Kit Malvar Llamas, Leah Eriguel, and Kate Moynihan, Love & Light, Mama is completely free!  As always, the Mommy Mundo team is putting together special raffle draw prizes that their community has come to look forward to with every ExpoMom event. 

 

ExpoMom 2020: Love & Light, Mama, also features the 10th edition of the Mom 24/7 Planner.  For the past 10 years, Mommy Mundo has been helping moms organize their schedules, their baby’s schedules (such as those for vaccines, playdates, and more), and just give moms a tool that allows them to arrange and structure their lives as mothers. This year’s Mom 24/7 Planner features cover collaborations with three accomplished Filipino artists, Mia de Lara, Pamela Gotangco Hupp, and Jomike Tejido.
