Philippine Sommelier Association is proud to present the 4th annual Manila Uncorked 2023, an extraordinary wine-tasting experience that brings together Manila’s wine suppliers in a fun and casual party atmosphere as they showcase well-curated wines from around the world.
This year’s Manila Uncorked celebrates our return post-pandemic with a wider variety of selections, including sake and natural wines. It features wines that will cater to every wine drinker’s need, from novice to experienced and seasoned wine consumers—creating an educational yet entertaining approach to wine.

Apart from the tastings that will feature over 300 selections of wines, various activities will take place during the thus well-awaited event. Members of the Philippine Sommelier Association will lead “Manila Uncorked Wine Flights” and wine seminars.
A VIP tasting section will also showcase a lineup of ultra-premium bottles. Finally, the highlight of the evening is a “Chef Throwdown,” where two chefs battle against each other to showcase their food and wine pairing skills to be judged by local food celebrities, bloggers, writers, and VIP ticket holders.
Manila Uncorked 2023 will take place on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Enderun Tent, 1100 Campus Avenue, McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. The tasting will run from 4 pm to 10 pm, opening to trade only by 4 pm and to the public by 5:30 pm.
Two types of tickets will be available for the tasting. The regular ticket will allow the consumer to taste over 300 wines as well as sign up for any of the wine sessions happening simultaneously with the tasting. Meanwhile, the VIP ticket allows for the same inclusions with the addition of entrance into the VIP tasting room, priority seating for any masterclass hosted by various suppliers, and a chance to participate as a food taster in the Chef Throwdown.
