Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling are one of the more low-key Hollywood couples out there, but Eva recently opened up about their family in a Women’s Health interview.
In the interview, Eva admitted that she never had plans to have kids. There is one thing that changed that, though: Ryan Gosling.
“It was the furthest thing from my mind,” she says, “then, Ryan Gosling happened.” She reveals that after falling in love with him, it made sense for her to have kids – and not just kids, but Ryan’s kids specifically. Of course, parenthood wouldn’t be as easy without the chemistry of the two and the support of their families. “My heart goes out to women who do this alone,” she adds.
