“Saving Sally” is a labor of love.
Apparently over a decade in the making, it defies the norms when it comes to entries for the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF). Well, we can say the entries chosen for the 2016 MMFF are more daring, but “Saving Sally” has that distinct flavor even from just the trailer that I’ve seen – it has a blend of animation and live action scenes.

Now, I’m more than convinced to see this movie when it hits the cinema.
Add to this because Atom Araullo had this compelling thoughts after seeing the movie.

Of course, I’d be watching other MMFF entries too, but “Saving Sally” is definitely on top of my list. 🙂
