Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach will host Binibining Pilipinas 2017. The show will be on April 30. Pia will join KC Concepcion. KC hosted last year’s Binibining Pilipinas with Xian Lim.
The announcement was made by Jonas Gaffud, Pia’s manager, via a Facebook post.
Jonas said, “By the way, Pia Wurtzbach will be hosting this year’s Bb Pilipinas edition. Isn’t it exciting?”
It’s coming full circle as Pia used to be part of the pageant as a contestant and now she’ll be hosting it.
Binibining Pilipinas 2017 will have 40 contestants vying for six crowns. These are Miss Universe Philippines, Bb Pilipinas International, Bb Pilipinas Intercontinental, Bb Pilipinas Supranational, Bb Pilipinas Grand International, and Bb Pilipinas Globe.
