Julia Roberts makes history today as People Magazine crown her once again as the ‘World’s Most Beautiful’ Woman. This is the fifth time Julia was given this title.
This happens 26 years after the veteran Hollywood actress graced the front page of the said magazine.
According to People Magazine, Julia is ahead of her pal George Clooney, who was named ‘Sexiest Man Alive’ twice. Julia jokingly said that she will mention this on her Christmas card to the Clooney’s this year.
In the magazine, Julia talked about the early days of her showbiz career after Pretty Woman catapulted her to Hollywood stardom.
She said:
“I remember reading… ‘Pretty Woman came out this weekend and made this much money’ and I thought, ‘Is that a lot of money? Is that good? Is that great?’ I didn’t really know.”
Other Most Beautiful recipients for this year include Oprah, Carrie Underwood, Mandy Moore, Viola Davis, Emma Watson, Taraji P. Henson, and Chrissy Metz. In 2016, Jennifer Aniston was the World’s Most Beautiful Woman according to People Magazine.
