On the post, Doug Kramer asked for everyone’s help to reach out to the K-pop idol.

The people rallied and delivered.

The result was this video of Bobby greeting Scarlett in advance.

And then he messaged!!! Viral video indeed! Thank you soooo much @bobbyindaeyo! Scarlett is in disbelief! Thank you so much to the Team Kramer fans too!!!

On the video, Bobby said, “Hey, Scarlett, this is Uncle Bobby. Happy birthday!” He tagged Scarlett’s mother, actress Chesca Garcia Kramer.

Scarlett seemed so happy with the greeting. She thanked Bobby for his message.
