Foggy mornings, cold breeze, smell of pine trees, amazingย culture and mouth-watering dishes.
These are just some of the many reasonsย that make people go backย to the City of Pines over and over again. Thus, if you’re planning to visit the city, we highly suggest you check out (and check in at) C Boutique Hotel.
You may ask, what is a boutique hotel? Well, basically, it is a themed hotel that caters to a smaller number of people as compared to regular ones because of its intimate set-up with only a few rooms which is whyย we loveย C Boutique Hotel. The service is really personalized, the common areas aren’t crowded at all and the place has a welcoming, homey vibe.
The ground floor of the hotel is for the reception, dining area and bar area. We love how the place is decorated with Christmas pieces which made it look even more vibrant and beautiful.
C Boutique Hotel also has an al fresco dining area which is perfect for early morning breakfasts as you enjoy the cold breeze with a hot cup of coffee.
There’s also a bonfire pitย in the center which guests can use if they wish to. S’mores party, anyone?
The second floor of the hotel features two roomsย and a common area for reading and lounging. There’s also a fire place which can be used, especially when it gets too cold at night.
We booked a Deluxe Suite which offers amenities such as cable television, iPod dock, Wi-Fi internet access and electronic safety deposit box. It also has a small veranda with a coffee table and chairs. Over all, the room is neat and has pleasant interior design that will guarantee your lovely stay.
They also have other rooms to choose from, such as Studio Suite, Executive Suite and Family Suite with rates starting from P 4,290.00 to P 7,150.00 per night.
An overnight stayย also includes a complimentary breakfast.
We had omelette toast and tapa riceย meal. Both were served with a rich hot chocolate that we really loved.
Aside from the lovely features the hotel boasts, the best thing about staying thereย is that you are far enough from the center of the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close enough to the attractions such as Mines View Park, Wright Park, The Mansion and restaurants like Pizza Volante and Ketchup Food Community.
All in all, C Boutique Hotel made our recent trip to the City of Pines calm, cold and comfortable and we’ll surely go back next time. So, I guess you know where to stay if you ever find yourself eyeing Baguio City for your upcomingย travel.
