According to the uploader of the video, Jaedy Dizon, he and is group stopped by a gas station in NLex on their way to a field trip in Pampanga, but it seems like they learned another exciting thing along the way.

The charming banana cue vendor apparently only finished Grade 1, but that didn’t stop him from impressing his would-be loyal customers with his English, even teaching them English translations of difficult Filipino words and cracking jokes with them.
