In what looks like a freak incident, an elderly man has died while watching the horror movie “The Conjuring 2”.
According to India Times, two men went to see the horror movie at a cinema hall in Tiruvannamalai town in Tamil Nadu, India. While watching, the 65-year old man complained of having chest pains. Towards the climax of the movie, he fainted.
He was later taken to the Old Government Hospital but he was declared “dead on arrival”.
Paramedics told the other man to bring the body of the deceased to Tiruvannamalai Government Medical College Hospital for postmortem.
Instead of doing this, the man allegedly hired an auto rickshaw and took off with the body to where they were staying. The two are reportedly staying at an ashram, a spiritual hermitage.
Authorities are still searching for the identity of the deceased and his companion.
