‘Uwu ang Hari ng Sablay’: Ebe Dancel UWU-fies Sugarfree Songs on Twitter

Ebe Dancel has taken to social media to find out, once and for all, the true meaning behind the emoticon “uwu.”

The emoticon, which is widely used to express cuteness or puppy dog eyes, has eluded the OPM icon to the point that he had to ask his fans to explain it to him.

“Ok can anyone please explain to me what uwu means? Nasa skl= share ko lang pa lang ako,” he said.

His friend, singer Bullet Dumas, tried to explain the emoticon to the best of his abilities by describing it as the “pacute na paiyak just after the Puss in Boots paawa look.”

Still, Ebe was left confused as many of his fans and friends gave different meanings and interpretations of what it meant. He then decided to just have a little fun with it by “uwu”-fying some Sugarfree songs.

Check out some of them below:

But his best tweet? Singing the intro to “Makita Kang Muli,” but using the word “uwu.”

We hope he’ll understand what it means eventually.
