It was about an hour’s drive for me and my fiance/photographer, David, from Quezon City, and it was the perfect day for it. The skies were clear, it was sunny but not hot, and there was a nice breeze. So, when we arrived at Draft Alabang, we were pleased to see that they had plenty of outdoor seats.
The interior of Draft Alabang is also very beautiful. I really loved the style of the pub; it had a cozy feel to it, even though the restaurant is plenty big with additional seating upstairs, as well. The restaurant has a very nice vibe with pleasant background music to keep the mood light without drowning out conversation.
While looking over the Weekend BBQ Specials and deciding what to order, we were served iced green tea, which was the perfect start to our meal. It was a delightful combination of bitter and sweet, as green tea should be; and with a wedge of lime, it was extra refreshing.
