Wi-Fi hotspots will be installed in public places such as town plazas, government offices, and parks, and transport terminals such as train stations, seaports and airports, with an average speed of 256 kbps.

First and second class municipalities will also be included in the project, in order to better reach the Class III to VI municipalities, who were the original target beneficiaries of the initiative.
