On 1 December 2017, the Doodle Art Enthusiasts (DAE) is back with their third annual month-long Doodle Fest 2017—the biggest and original celebration of doodle art. With a greater emphasis on nationalism, the festival has launched Doodle Travels PH as the paramount installation exhibit of future-facing Doodle Fest. Its third installation brings 93 artists to explore how the nation is reframing arts and culture, with a strong focus on diversity, innovation and youth through the pens of creativity. Bigger initiatives for up-and-coming talents of DAE community champion the spirit of the Philippines by showcasing the beauty of the country’s selected provinces using the power of doodling.

Doodle Fest Director, Patrice Palisoc said, “For everyone who will join and experience Doodle Fest 2017, I hope we could inspire more people and educate them more about doodle art. That this is not just a form of art but also a gateway to connect people like how we collaborate with each other within the community of Doodle Art Enthusiasts.”

Doodle Fest 2017 will kick-start with a full celebration of all the exhibitors on the first evening of the Doodle Travels PH exhibit at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, 1 December 2017 at ASPACE Greenbelt. The exhibit will be open for viewing until 6 January 2018. For ₱70.00 admission fee, enjoy access to the exhibition opening night together with some booze and drinks by meeting the coolest artists in style. Raffles and on-the-spot contests also await lucky participants of the program. Anybody wishing to attend the opening night can benefit from an early bird rate of ₱50.00 (first 30 people only) while ₱20.00 will be charged to DAE members. Coinciding the third Doodle Fest is the fifth anniversary of DAE. Revisit 5 years of creativity with Doodle Talks main speakers Toto Madayag, QuiccsMaiquez, Ivyree Rosario, and Rian Gonzales. As part of the bigger celebration, 4 more young artists from the DAE community will complete the lineup of the panel discussion.
