“Don’t Make Bihis in Front of Your Husband,” Heart Evangelista Shares Her Personal Bedroom Rules

Heart Evangelista had a heart-to-heart talk with celebrity beauty doctor Aivee Aguilar-Teo in the latter’s most recent YouTube vlog. In the video, Heart shared a couple of personal rules she practices within the bedroom, to keep things fresh and exciting for her and her husband, former Senator and Governor of Sorsogon, Chiz Escudero.

“Ako, pag natutulog ako, super gown ako,” Heart shares with Dr. Aivee. “I wear silk robe na maganda because wala ka na ngang makeup, gandahan mo na. It feels good ha. Even in the morning, it feels good to wake up like that.”

As for her tip for ladies not to get dressed in front of their partners, Heart explained that she learned the advice “leave a little bit for yourself” from her father.

“My dad would always tell me, you have to leave a little bit for yourself. So if you go to the toilet, close the door. If magbibihis ka, don’t make bihis in front (of your husband). Ako, I don’t dress up in front of Chiz. When he sees me naked, he only sees me naked when it’s…that one,” the actress shared.

Heart further explained, “Because it has to be fresh eh sa mata niya. Hindi yung nagdadaan ka, nagpupulbo ka. Ang panget di ba?”

She also added that Chiz will never even see her putting on lotion, and that when he wakes up, she is already made up and fresh. She shared that the moment she goes to the toilet in the morning, she gargles to get rid of the morning breath.

“Actually, it’s not na inuuna mo yung para sa kanya,” Heart continued. “It’s also for yourself.”
