Online videos – you either love them or you hate them. So many videos that are posted online nowadays tend to tug at our heartstrings and make us tear up; but ever since Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, I don’t think I’ve watched a video that made me tear up again… until tonight, anyway.
I stumbled upon this video on Mrs. Goodman’s Facebook page and found myself holding back tears because of how close it hits to home. Check it out:
Admit it: how many times have you rolled your eyes in annoyance every time your mom or dad asked you for help with something techie-related? How many times have you replied with a tone of exasperation in your voice because “paulit-ulit na lang”?
With the busy daily grind of life, though, some of us tend to forget that once upon a time, our parents taught us everything that we know and shaped us to be the people that we are today. This video reminds us to be patient with our parents because come on: how many times did our parents have to be patient with us as we were growing up?
