Julia Barretto, having gone through an emotionally tough year, has finally said with confidence that her heart is “very happy.”
It was during a radio interview with Magic 89.9 FM on Monday night, May 12, when she opened up about how she was currently feeling. “My heart is fine right now actually. Thankfully, it’s happy right now,” she said. But is it because of a new special someone in her life?

Julia wasn’t afraid to tackle the rumors about her love life but refrained from confirming anything. “As to whether I’m single or not, I think I’m not gonna answer that for now,” she said. “I wanna keep people wondering.”
She added that her relationship status should be “the last thing they should be concerned about.”
When asked if there was one thing she would never do again or if there was a lesson she wished she knew a long time ago, she answered: “When it comes to love life … if it’s something you really want to last and work out, protect it as much as you can and don’t share too much about it. Don’t share too much about a relationship that’s supposed to be just between two people.”
“I think the less people know about something, the less they could have an opinion about it,” she continued. “So now, I want things to work out, I want things to last, and I’m gonna protect it with all that I have. So I’m gonna keep a lot of things to myself from now on when it comes to that aspect in my life.”
It was back in March when Julia sparked rumors of a new man in her life when she revealed on an Instagram post that she had hosted “a dinner for 10, my family and a loved one” on her 23rd birthday.
Her last relationship was with her former on-screen love team partner Joshua Garcia.
