VISIV UPLB, a technological student organization dedicated to promoting emerging technologies and their possible applications on different fields, leads the way to enlightening interested individuals through their upcoming event, Do Decrypt: A Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Forum.
Happening on March 26, 2018, 6-10pm at the NCAS Auditorium in University of the Philippines Los Baños, Do Decrypt: A Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Forum aims to share knowledge and answer questions of the public regarding cryptocurrency. Its primary focus is to unravel the massive potential behind the hype: Blockchain technology.
Various speakers have been invited to discuss different topics regarding the said technology. The 4-hour event includes the potential of Blockchain Technology, development of the said technology, and lastly, basic knowledge in trading cryptocurrencies. The said event will also teach people to sleuth out potential scams that try to lure-in unsuspecting people who want to try out cryptocurrency trading and mining.
