In fact, Barbie just recently shared on her Instagram a set of photos taken from a romantic surprise Diego planned for her where he evidently went all out. He decorated Barbie’s bedroom with white flower petals, balloons, candles, beautiful bouquets, fairy lights, ribbons, and many polaroid pictures they’ve taken together.
“Came home to this. Grabe naman. Thank you, grabe ka talaga. You’re the best. Thank you my love @diegoloyzaga,” Barbie said in the caption, not being able to control her shock.
“This is just the beginning,” Diego replied to her with a kissing emoticon.

Diego was the first to drop the news on New Year’s Day through an Instagram post of him holding Barbie with a loving gaze, confirming romance rumors. “Happy new year to us,” he wrote at the time, with a heart emoji. “Thanks for making the end of my 2020 memorable. Let’s go, 2021!”
Barbie later shared her own post expressing her love and gratitude to her new boyfriend. “Totally unexpected to fall for someone I thought I’d be just friends with forever but I’m really happy to have found both love & friendship with this one,” she had said. “Thank you for making me happy & feel loved. Thank you for everything that you do to make me feel the love I deserve. So thankful for you, thank God for you.”
