It’s no secret that Peter Dinklage had gone through one hell of a coaster ride to get to where he is now, but we bet you didn’t know this: he used to be part of a punk band!
That’s right — Peter’s quite the multitalented guy. Aside from being a great actor as Tyrion Lannister on Game of Thrones, he clearly has some singing chops, as the former frontman of Whizzy!
To be fair, the rest of the Game of Thrones cast have had some interesting past stints — Jerome Flyn (Bronn) was one-half of a chart-topping pop duo, while Rory McCann (The Hound) starred in a porridge commercial.
According to reports, Peter’s old band Whizzy played punk/rap/funk, which sounds interesting! Unfortunately, there are no video or audio footage of the band, but there are photos to prove it, taken around 1993-1994.
Here’s hoping Peter treats fans to a throwback performance!
