Popular manga series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba may have already published its final chapter, but it seems that the franchise is not letting it end there just yet!
The latest issue of Japanese magazine Shonen Jump has confirmed that a spin-off manga is in the works and will be focused on a character that fans have come to love: Kyojuro Rengoku, the Flame Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps.!
The spin-off, titled Kimetsu no Yaiba: Rengoku Gaiden, will not be helmed by original series creator Koyoharu Gotouge, however. Instead, it will be Hirano Ryouji, who had written the two-chapter side-story Kimetsu no Yaiba: Tomioka Giyuu Gaiden, who will take charge.
No release date has been revealed but we can expect the spin-off to launch sometime later this year.
