We all know Deadpool — the potty-mouthed reluctant superhero of the Marvel franchise who considers sarcasm as a first language. We know Ryan Reynolds too, who is basically Deadpool. But that didn’t stop the actor from showing Wonder Woman love and respect in the most genuine way possible, while still staying true to his character!

Wonder Woman just surpassed Deadpool‘s approximate $363 million in domestic earnings, at $368 million. The Merc is still ahead of Wonder Woman in worldwide earnings, with $783 million to the DC film’s $746 million.
Despite Wonder Woman taking over the box office, it seems that Ryan and the Deadpool team have nothing but respect for the female hero. It’s a pretty cool twist, all things considering that the heroes come from separate franchises under rival comic universes.
