The star of the critically-acclaimed film Crazy Rich Asians and television sitcom Fresh Off the Boat, Constance Wu, just dropped a surprise announcement: she has officially entered motherhood!
A representative of the 38-year-old actress confirmed the news to Us Weekly that she had given birth to her first child with boyfriend Ryan Kattner over the summer, despite never publicly announcing her pregnancy.
Constance has also stayed away from social media these past months, with her last post being in May of this year. She also called her Instagram a “defunct account.”
Ryan is a screenwriter and musician who fronts rock band Man Man and performs under the stage name Honus Honus. His band released their first album, titled Dream Hunting in the Valley of the In-Between, in seven years also in May.
