Conor McGregor reveals he’s going to fight boxing legend Manny Pacquiao

UFC star Conor McGregor revealed in a tweet that he is in serious talks about fighting boxing legend Manny Pacquiao. However, this is not a done deal yet.

McGregor wrote that he will be “boxing Manny Pacquiao next in the Middle East.”

The McGregor-Pacquiao boxing match will allegedly take place in December or January, said McGregor’s manager, Audie Attar, who represents both fighters. The Middle East is one of a few locations being discussed to host the fight, he added.

Attar said that the specific weight for this proposed bout hasn’t been determined yet. He is confident though that the fight will happen in the coming months.

After the Pacquiao fight, Attar said McGregor is set to return to the UFC in 2021.
