LOOK: Cole Sprouse Returns As Ben In ‘Friends’ 25th Anniversary Tribute

In case you didn’t realize, the iconic sitcom that holds a place in (most) of our hearts is celebrating its 25th anniversary September 22. Hard to believe, but Friends really is turning 25 this weekend. In celebration of the milestone, their official Instagram page has been adding to the hype of the event.

Just yesterday they shared a photo that definitely got all of us reminiscing. Cole Sprouse, who took on the role of Ross’ son Ben Geller from seasons 6 to 8, reprised his character for a quick photo. He was posed on the ever-familiar orange couch that will always be associated with Friends. Next to Cole is, of course, Hugsy the penguin.

The photo was captioned “The One Where Ben Grew Up” and honestly, could that caption be more nostalgic? Nothing quite like the reminder of an all-grown-up Ben to hit us right in the feels. While Cole hasn’t exactly been keeping out of the spotlight, seeing him as Jughead Jones on Riverdale just doesn’t have the same impact as being not-so-little Ben again.
