A cigarette vendor from Parañaque City won the September 14 Grand Lotto 6/55. His prize? 61.3 million pesos.
According to a post on GMA News, Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office General Manager Alexander Balutan said that the winner used a combination of his cellphone number for his P40 bet.
The winning combination was 08-09-16-19-31-41.
The winner has been taking his chances on lotto for two years already.
According to the winner, he will use the money to buy a house and lot for his family. Some of it will be invested for a business. Some will be saved for his children’s future.
