WHEN IN MANILA, according to one of my fashion muses, Lauren Conrad, women love to shop for accessories more than anything because there is no need to go inside a cramped dressing room and feel depressed afterwards just because the skinnies of your pick doesn’t fit you. And I totally agree! I mean no matter how much weight you gain or lose, your beloved accessories will never fail you. Plus, they never fail to add the extra oomph you need whenever you head out of the door.
One of my favorite places to shop for killer shoes and drool-worthy bags is the store Chick Flick. I mean really, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a piece from Chick Flick that my heart didn’t desire. So When In Manila readers, here are some of my most absolute faves from Chick Flick that made my heart scream with joy.
This shoe from Chick Flick reminds me of the Jeffrey Campbell Foxy pump minus the spikes and the hefty price tag that I’ve been lusting for months now. I love how the chunky wooden heel of the shoes makes it look edgy and casual chic.
I am super in love with this Mary Jane platform pump from Chick Flick. The heel height is just crazy! But you know what they say, the higher the heel the closer to heaven. I can just wear theis shoe all day every day. Just love!
I’ve never been the girl who went crazy for colors. But this green tote from Chick Flick made me think twice and made me want to fill my closet with tons of colors. It doesn’t hurt that Pantone declared emerald green as the color of 2013 too.
I fell in love with this blue satchel at first glance, really! I love how the richness of th blue hue made this tote look more regal than ever. Super love.
