The College of Information and Computer Studies Student Government (CICSSG), the highest student governing body of the College of Information and Computer Studies in De La Salle University-Dasmariñas (DLSU-D), proudly announces Chasing Victory Golden: The National Esports Tournament and Gaming Convention — the third and most ambitious installment of its annual esports and gaming series.
For the past two years, the CICSSG has organized Chasing Victory, a well-loved collegiate event that celebrates gaming, creativity, and innovation within the university. This year, the event takes on a bigger stage as it opens its doors to participants from across the Philippines, transforming into a national tournament and convention that connects gamers, creators, and fans from different communities.
Set to take place from October 28 to November 11, 2025, Chasing Victory Golden will feature nine days of online tournament preliminaries through Facebook Live and Discord, culminating in a grand onsite finale and gaming convention at Ugnayang La Salle. The final day will showcase a wide array of activities, including esports tournaments for Valorant and Mobile Legends, mini games, a guest alley, a cosplay competition, and a variety of merchandise and food concessionaire booths for attendees to enjoy.
One of the main highlights of the event is the cosplay competition, which will add color and excitement to the convention. The celebration will also feature special guest appearances by well-known gaming personalities Charess and PatMen, who will join the community onsite to meet fans.
Chasing Victory Golden aims to celebrate the talent, creativity, and teamwork that define the growing gaming community. With the event expanding to a national scale, it serves as a platform for students, players, and enthusiasts to connect, compete, and collaborate.
This year’s event is made possible in partnership with major brands such as Lenovo Legion, Mountain Dew, and AcadArena Education, along with other sponsors and local collaborators who continue to support the growth of the gaming and creative community in DLSU-D.
From intense Valorant and Mobile Legends matches to vibrant cosplay showcases, Chasing Victory Golden aims to deliver an unforgettable experience that highlights the best of gaming, creativity, and community spirit. With its expanded scale and national reach, the event stands as a testament to how passion and collaboration can bring together people from all walks of life through the shared love of gaming.
