Celebrity travel vlogger Angely Dub was left traumatized after she discovered that her condominium unit in Cubao, Quezon City had been robbed of items worth PHP 1 Million.
Angely shared her story via Instagram stories and a Facebook post last week, revealing that the thieves stole jewelry and gadgets, smoked cigarettes on her kitchen counter, and laid in her bed. She also found out that there had been other robberies that happened to other tenants within the same floor in the last couple of weeks.
Unfortunately, she is unable to catch the culprits after being told by the condo management that there is no CCTV footage during the incident, citing that they had “no budget.
”
“A big residential establishment like this without CCTV cameras? Shame on all of you!” she said. She also plans on pursuing legal action against the management “because I could have [gotten] killed or raped if I was in the unit.”
“I always told my mom that I am way safer when I am traveling all alone all over the world than having a place in Manila and live here just by myself. For some reason I always felt unsafe living here,” she shared. “I’m scared to live in Manila. Never again!”
She then advised everyone to start triple locking their doors, be extra vigilant, and always have someone with them.
