Socrates Villegas, president of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines shared his thoughts on the kind of leadership by example Mayor Duterte “excites in us.” He addresses that corruption is like a devil in many faces. Though we commonly know that corruption is “stealing from public funds” he enumerates other forms of corruption which are killing, adultery and vulgarity.
