The much-awaited “Sex and the City” revival has officially begun filming and actress Sarah Jessica Parker (aka Carrie Bradshaw) has posted a throwback photo to mark the occasion!
On Instagram, she shared a picture of a front door that any “Sex and the City” fan would easily recognize: her character’s old apartment in the West Village of New York City!
“AND JUST LIKE THAT, we find ourselves on this street called Perry the night before it all begins again,” she wrote in the caption.

The revival, which has been titled “And Just Like That…”, will follow the lives of main characters Carrie (Parker), Charlotte (Kristin Davis), and Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) as they “navigate the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s.”
Parker couldn’t help but express her excitement over the reboot. “Here we go. I’m thrilled and terrified,” she said.
She also shared a photo from their first official table read and a snap of her reunion with fellow “Sex and the City” stars Davis and Nixon. “Together again,” she wrote with a purple heart emoji.
It will be released on HBO Max and will run for 10 half-hour episodes. No premiere date has been set.
