The liquor ban has been lifted in selected (lucky) areas in the Metro. And with that, bar and resto Rue Bourbon has made their signature Big A** Caramel Beer available to their customers starting today (May 4, 2020). Of course, it goes without saying that it is only available in areas where the liquor ban is no longer in place, though.
The 1-liter bottles cost Php399 each and are currently available for pickup and deliveries around Makati and Taguig (BGC area).
Rue reminds people of several things to ensure that you enjoy your caramel as much as possible, as well. First of all, make sure you keep your caramel beer chilled. Ideally, once you receive your beer, you should place it in the freezer for an hour before drinking it. Secondly, make sure you drink it right after you open it – and this should be within six hours of receiving it.

Rue has also given the rest of us who are still under the liquor ban some hope by stating that other branches will be making it available once the liquor ban is lifted.
