Canadian-Filipina Andrea Clute Returns With Her Debut EP “Unsaid”

Using a blend of R&B and Pop production courtesy of frequent collaborator Jared Manierka (Carly Rae Jepsen), “Untold” tells a heartfelt story about love, and relays the relatable emotions that can be expected during a turbulent romance. Keeping the message relatable has always been important to Andrea, which is evident in cuts such as “Nervous” and “But You’re Happy”.

“The six tracks are a journey from joy to heartache as well as the emotions in between like loneliness, desperation, and realization. Writing this ep helped me to open up and confess to feelings I was trying to suppress. It represents everything I’ve wanted to say but didn’t know how to,” Andrea Clute shared on “Unsaid.”

Born in Vancouver and raised in a traditional Filipino household, it’s no surprise that Andrea joins a generation that is seeking to connect with their Filipino heritage, and with the timely arrival of “Unsaid”, there’s no better time to lean into her growing audience in The Philippines.
