Burger Company: Angus Beef patties and Spicy wings FTW!

The Burgers here at Burger Company are Certified Angus Beef. Lots of other burger restaurants are serving Angus beef patties, but I have noticed almost most of them have the patties breaking while eating. One point I saw that was good with Burger Company, is that their Angus beef patties does not break or crumble while feasting on them. As much as Burger Company should be highly touted for their Certified Angus Beef burgers, I wanna show-off their other menu items a lot as well. You’ll find out later why, hehehe.

Burger Company‘s Certified Angus Beef burgers are really do give a home made taste. Away from those burgers where you can easily taste how salty or too oily they are, Burger Company‘s Certified Angus Beef burgers are properly grilled and are carefully handcrafted each time. You can find this evident through the presentation, through the beef patty’s texture and flavor. As I mentioned earlier, Burger Company‘s Certified Angus Beef patties do not break while feasting on them unlike other known burger restaurants in the metro. I did find the bread to be a little off thought, but right as of the moment that I am writing this, Burger Company has brought out new breads such as their oatmeal bread! I have to try it soon! Maybe tomorrow hehehehe! The presentation of the burgers is also cool with a knife holding the entire burger together.

My Gorgonzola & Mushroom burger!!!

I had the Gorgonzola & Mushroom burger. It was a double patty burger, and I was worried that I might not be full after I devour every single bit of it. I usually feast on triple patties FYI, but through feasting on the burger, I remembered how homemade burgers are entirely different. The Burger Company double patty melts-in-your-mouth Gorgonzola & Mushroom burger had me full to the brim, the burger was purely homemade quality which makes it heavier and more packed together, this is also why the patty does not crumble, the patty is packed well and pure unlike other burgers and burger shops that somehow try to limit the patties in order to trim down on costs or get patties that are on a slightly cheaper value. Here at Burger Company, the entire burger is made just as how you would have satisfied yourself with your own quality burger.

We also ordered some of Burger Company‘s other dishes which absolutely surprised us! Their Classic Series and Signature Series flavors for their NY Buffalo Wings offered very special flavors and the spicy flavors really did spice things up! If you are a chili lover, you’ll love their NY Buffalo Wings! Hands-down one awesome NY Buffalo Wings right here! It’s not just about the spice, but also with how the spicy flavoring infused well with the chicken wings and did not just make it spicy, the flavoring really does show off the taste apart from the spice which I love about Burger Company. Now I’m just waiting for them to come out with a burger with a similar spiced-up flavor with their NY Buffalo Wings hehehe!

Fire & Ice Cake!

Even the Fire & Ice Cake had a bite of spice which I really liked! It had a similar texture to a molten lava cake and then oozing with spice at the tip of the tongue. Quite unique and tasteful! Their Chocolate Chocnut Mousse had a special twist on the famous chocolate mousse, having chocnut as the base instead.

I also had the Chocnut Milkshake of Burger Company which was evidently made from scratch as well since it had some chocnut inside the drink. To be fully honest, I liked the Chocnut Milkshake over any milkshake from Johnny Rocket’s. Sorry, but it’s true.
