Chicken Mole
Â
The Chicken Mole is the Mexican version of our favorite Pinoy dish adobo. In Mexico, they have different takes on this. But for B&T, it is chocolate-based. Interesting, right? And it’s even better when your tastebuds meet with its flavorful, chocolate-y sauce. It’s not really sweet, but hints of chocolate will fill your mouth in a non-overwhelming way. Try this if you want to experience something new!
Wet Burrito
Â
Another stand out piece of pride on their menu is the Wet Burrito. It’s yummy, savory and heavy. B&T will even let you choose what you want to put in your burrito. Order personalisation at its finest!
Mango Glazed Habanero Chicken
Â
The spiciness of the Mango Glazed Habanero Chicken also got me. Though I didn’t really taste the mango flavor, I can say that this chicken dish is lip-smackingly good. I’m not really a fan of spicy food, but this convinced me otherwise.
Enchilada
Â
Mexico’s version of lasagna – the Enchilada. With its siding of rice and veggies, it’s a complete meal even when eaten alone. It’s really sulit because it’s hefty for one serving. Really stuffing in the stomach, though, so better share it!
Mojito
Â
After gobbling the wonderful set, we had their Mojito. It’s refreshing and tangy with lime and mint leaves – perfect to end your feast.
