Black Propaganda Trolls on Twitter against #SmartFreeInternet
Just a couple of days ago, Smart and PLDT chairman Manny V. Pangilinan made a big announcement about the launch of free Internet promo to all its Smart, Talk ‘N Text, and Sun Cellular prepaid subscribers. This brought the #SmartFreeInternet to create a buzz and go viral on Twitter.
However, black propaganda trolls seem to become active on Twitter. With #LieMorePa, it looks like a group of users constantly posts negative tweets regarding the said free Internet promo or responds to anyone who tweets with #SmartFreeInternet.
Looking at the users closely, it appears as if the accounts were just made for the said propaganda. Most of the accounts only follow a couple of other accounts or have only a very few number of followers, but have around 600 to 700 tweets already. Furthermore, it appears that these accounts just post canned tweets to bash the recently launched promo. If these are related accounts and were just created to do such bashing, this is cyberbullying.
We don’t know if these accounts are related to one another or this is just mere coincidence. Also, we don’t know if these are really created just to bash the said free Internet promo. However, the accounts really don’t seem genuine after checking the profiles and the tweets they post.

“30MB worth of kabagalan! #LieMorePa”
