And then we had two salads on the table: one is with danggit and the other one is tapa. We all loved the 100% grass fed beef tapa salad! It’s a must try when you plan to visit Bite soon! I would even vouch that it’ll be one of your favorites. The freshness of the ingredients would really attest to Chef Jam’s definition of “Farm to Fork” cuisine that Bite have.
Our most favorite part of the dinner is when they served the main course, we were all drooling just seeing what they served. From the Flossed Adobo Rice to the Sukiyaki Bistek, Mushroom Trio to everyone’s favorite Slow Cooked Kaldereta Pot Pie. The Sukiyaki is also one of my favorites, the beef is perfectly paired with the mushrooms.
