He was on his way home from work one afternoon. He rode the MRT from Buendia to Quezon Ave. When he got to Quezon Ave, someone approached him asking him to answer a “school survey” from 2 boys who claims to be from UP Manila. Since he had recently done a survey himself as a Marketing graduate, he obliged their request. What may have transpired after, he could not recall. Next thing he remembers is he was standing without his bag and no recollection of him handing over his belongings to the men. Read through his experience:

BUDOL BUDOL: It happened to me.

DISCLAIMER: All of the suspects are not from where they are really as what they mentioned. So, alam niyo na. Budol budol lang talaga.

October 13, 2015, 3:45 in the afternoon pauwi ako from work.

So sumakay ako ng MRT from Buendia to Quezon Ave. The second time around he approached me bago ko makalabas ng Centris (sa may escalator pababa going to Quezon Ave). “Bro, pwede ka bang makausap mabilis lang? Survey lang for our commuunity service. From UP Manila ako.” So ako, sige. Lumapit sakin and kinausap ako. Then after nun, there’s this guy who is 35-45 years old na dumating he said that he is a graduate from UP Manila din. Tapos may dumating pa na isang bata, about 16-18 years old and he was from CEU daw. REAL TALK. I DIDN’T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED NEXT. THE NEXT THING I KNOW IS I ENDED UP DUN SA EXIT GOING TO QUEZON AVE WITHOUT ANYTHING ON MY BODY – body bag, watch, wallet, phone. Tumakbo ko pabalik kung san nila ko kinausap (kasi yun naalala ko), and when I got there, WALA NA SILA.

I panicked. Called my parents and girlfriend for help and so on.

There were four suspects:
2 people who are currently 20-25 y/o.
1 person who is currently 35-45 y/o.

LESSONS LEARNED:
1. Walang mali sumagot ng survey. Just make sure na may dala silang SCHOOL ID for proper identification.
2. DON’T TALK TO SOMEONE UNLESS YOU REALLY KNOW THEM. Delikado na panahon ngayon. Kaya please, continue to apply what our parents taught us which is DO NOT TALK TO STRANGERS. Sumabit nga lang ako dito, aminado ako dun.
Move your ass.
LAST: Magdasal bago umalis. Papunta man yan o pabalik. Ask God for guidance and protection.

I’m in shock. But thank God nothing happened bad to me.
Please TAKE CARE ALWAYS. God bless us.
