Ben 10 is Back! Then vs. Now

When a 10-year old boy comes across a strange extraterrestrial device that transforms him into one of 10 aliens, the natural response would be to play with it, right? That’s what Ben Tennyson thinks. Ben 10 was created by Man of Action Entertainment and first aired on Cartoon Network in 2005. Since then, audiences have watched Ben grow from a child to an adult, who tries to master his powers, and learns valuable life lessons in the process.

Even with the franchise manning four sequels to the series and four movies, people still can’t get enough of this young superhero. Did you know that there’s a re-boot of Ben 10 now, though?

If you watched the original series, then you might remember the first episode when Ben first found the Omnitrix and experiments with his new powers. The episode showed his life at school, as well his relationships with Uncle Max and Gwen. Well, the reboot takes quite a different approach. Instead of showing us how Ben finds the Omnitrix in the first place, the new version just jumps into it. Of course, the general concept is pretty much still the same; the only differences lie in the art style.
