The UP Communication Research Society will be holding You Cannot Cram This Quiz Bee (YCCTQB), an online quiz show and fundraiser for the Samahang Manininda sa UP Campus, Inc. (SMUPC), on November 14, 21 & 28, 2020 via Zoom.
UP vendors and their small businesses are a much-cherished part of the campus culture in UP Diliman. But due to the restrictions brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, the loss of students on campus meant the UP vendors had to temporarily close their businesses.
With YCCTQB, the UP Communication Research Society aims to raise financial aid for displaced UP vendors while bringing educational fun every Saturday night. The quiz show will revolve around global media and pop culture of the 2010s. The theme for the November 14 game will be “The Rise of Social Media”, “Film, Music and Television of the 2010s” for the November 21 edition and lastly, “Viral Content and Memes” for November 28.
Registration is open to all. Interested participants are required to pay Php 50.00 per game or a group of 5 participants may avail our Barkada Bundle for only Php 200.00, both of which can be paid via GCash or online bank transfer. Interested participants can sign up at cutt.ly/YCCTQB.
