Officially unveiled on April 9, the doll was introduced in the likeness of the basketball legend, making him the first professional male athlete to be honored as a Ken doll. It is also the first doll of the new Barbie Signature Kenbassador Collection.
The LeBron James doll sports a casual yet stylish pre-game look, featuring a blue and white varsity jacket, a “We Are Family” shirt, houndstooth pants, Nike sneakers, and accessories including a cap, headphones, sunglasses, a fanny pack, a watch, and an “I Promise” band.
In a meaningful collaboration, Barbie partnered with the LeBron James Family Foundation, an organization dedicated to empowering children and families in his hometown of Akron, Ohio, through education, housing, healthcare, and job training.
This special edition doll recognizes LeBron’s impact not just in basketball, but also in shaping culture, redefining style, and uplifting communities through his advocacy and philanthropic efforts.

LeBron emphasized that this partnership with Barbie is truly an honor for him.
