           Simultaneous with the celebration of the undertaking of Global Citizenship Education for UNESCO Clubs (GCE4U) harmonious with National Association of UNESCO Clubs in the Philippines, Inc’s 6th Founding Anniversary, NAUCP in partnership with UST UNESCO Club brings you “Bangon Luzon: A Gift Giving Event for the Victims of Typhoon Lawin.. This event aims to celebrate the spirit of Christmas and its essence. “Bangon Luzon” is not only geared towards the fostering of camaraderie among UNESCO Club members, but also towards empowering them to help their fellowmen in times of need.
The event will take place at Atrium Hotel, Gil Puyat, Pasay City on December 15, 2016, Thursday from 6:00PM-10:00PM. Each UNESCO Club organization/society will present a 3-minute presentation for the program for entertainment purposes.
UNESCO Club organizations/societies are also highly encouraged to donate school supplies (notebooks and pencils) in bulk that will be collected during the event for the victims of Typhoon Lawin in Cagayan.
