Aside from the displayed treats, they also do customized cakes! Most famous in BCC is their rainbow cake. And let me show you this surprised they made for us:
Ta-dah! Our very own When in Manila cake! I was super happy when I saw this. I couldn’t help but marvel at this cake! I thought this is the end of the surprise, but here, take a peek:
Ta-dah! The colors are so vivid. This rainbow cake simply took my breath away. And when I tasted it, it’s as good as it looks. I’m not usually fond of thick icings, but theirs is simply just right. One of the best rainbow cakes out there! So yes, you have to travel to Bacolod to sample on this cake. Wish they have a branch here Manila so I can always go back for this anytime I want!
They also have drinks, which are desserts in glasses/mugs! Each drink is generously topped with whipped cream. Yummy!
